About Volt Athletics

Volt provides individualized sport-specific training programs, built by certified strength coaches, through cloud-based technology. Volt Athletics is located in the heart of Seattle's Fremont neighborhood and was was founded by Dan Giuliani and Trevor Watkins in April 2011 and launched to the public in 2013. The Volt Athletics Advisory Board is chaired by Boyd Epley, the legendary Nebraska strength coach and founder of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
The Volt Platform
Volt is a new kind of training delivery system that integrates cutting-edge technology with decades of proven strength and conditioning science and research. Volt is backed by the industry’s leading experts and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Volt’s technology is an expert system built on strength coach logic—the same way a coach would customize a workout for an individual athlete and position, or modify a program to work around an injury or help an athlete peak at just the right time, Volt’s technology calibrates programs for team and individual athlete needs. Before Volt, no training tool has ever been able to effectively transform the traditional, manual methods of training program creation into a dynamic, interactive training delivery system. Thousands of coaches and athletes across the country use Volt to improve their sports performance training in over 30 sports, and many more join the Volt Family every week.
