A TRUSTED TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

With decades of human performance research behind us, Volt provides proper training to reduce injuries and increase performance for your athletes.

  • No ExhaustionEvery workout shouldn’t leave your athletes on the floor. Good training means being intentional about when you give 100% max effort—so athletes are fresh enough to perform on game day.

  • Built by Certified CoachesEvery program is built by NSCA-certified strength and conditioning specialists, and scientifically periodized to help athletes get stronger and faster without overtraining.

  • Rest & RecoveryVolt not only builds scientific rest intervals into every workout, but also encourages enough days off and recovery modalities (like foam rolling) to help your athletes maximize their gains.

  • Sport-Specific ProgramsWhile every athlete needs to build general strength and fitness, different sports require specific training and injury prevention methods.

  • Backed by ScienceVolt’s training content is based on 50+ years of exercise science research and is intentionally built to progressively guide athletes to train safely and effectively.
